Refund Policy

At Makeup by Ricky J, we are committed to providing high-quality makeup services that meet our clients' expectations. Please review our refund policy carefully, as we aim to be transparent about our practices.

 

1. Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases where Makeup by Ricky J must cancel the appointment.

 

2. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been provided. Makeup is a personalized service tailored to each individual, and as such, it cannot be returned or refunded after completion. If you are not satisfied with your service, please discuss any concerns during the appointment, and we will make every effort to address them.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Glam Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid additional fees.

• Bridal and Special Events: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled event. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges.

 

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, contact us immediately. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and deposits may be forfeited. Arrivals more than [specify time, e.g., 15 minutes] late may be considered a no-show.

 

5. No-Show Policy

No-shows or last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and full payment for the missed service may be required before booking future appointments.

 

6. Product Purchases

If any makeup or skincare products are purchased during a Personal Shopper session, these products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once they have been used.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting on this page, so please check back periodically.
